HOP LATENT VIROID (HLV) PCR TESTING & REMEDIATION SERVICES
We offer the most extensive Hop Latent Viroid (HLV) testing by using multiple methods including real-time PCR and Isothermal amplification along with remediation planning and execution. We have expertise in planning, one-on-one consulting to assess the scope of issues, a personalized testing program, interpretation of results and overall remediation action plan strategy. This includes key parameters of sampling of plants, strategic PCR testing, analysis of results and ways for the grow to clean up with the goal of getting to and maintaining an HLV free facility.
CANNABIS DNA PANELS
Ganja Genomics is offering standard and customized cannabis genomic DNA panels for sale. These DNA panels contain extracted DNA samples from a variety of strains in collaboration with an Oregon cannabis nursery. These panels contain extracted DNA samples in either a standard or customized format for researchers to conduct DNA analysis worldwide. We also include associated plant phenotype meta-data on traits such as yield, THC range, terpene profile and parentage, etc…
APPLICATIONS
Ganja Genomics will provide novel, actionable DNA data, services and products to cannabis growers, breeders and scientists. This will bring the precision and power of DNA testing/technology to cannabis analytics. We offer a mix of commercially available and internally developed assays. Projects under development include strain identification by DNA profiling, gene expression, DNA certified seed bank, THC gene copy number, microbiome and human genetic predisposition.
